The LeDroit Park Civic Association is proud to host the 2025 LeDroit Park Home and Garden Tour—a vibrant event celebrating the charm and history of this historic Washington, D.C. neighborhood. This tour will offer an exclusive glimpse into the graciously restored homes and peaceful urban gardens of this distinctive area, showcasing a diverse array of architectural styles and floricultural delights. Visitors will be treated to a unique opportunity to explore the elegance of turn-of-the-century residences and the creativity of modern landscaping, all while engaging with the community's rich cultural heritage. The event will not only highlight the aesthetic beauty of LeDroit Park but will also foster a sense of connection and appreciation among neighbors and guests alike.
The VIP Tour Experience
New to this year’s event is the VIP Tour Experience, in which guests will be invited to preview four iconic LeDroit Park homes before they open to the general public. Perks include:
Early entry to select homes on the VIP tour (11 am - 12:30 pm)
Smaller group size in the homes
Access to parts of the homes that will be closed to the general public
A brief history of LeDroit Park, shared by a local historian
Drinks and snacks at each home on the VIP tour
A limited number of VIP tickets will be available; once sold out, only general admission will be for sale
